3. Refund Policy
Refunds will only be considered under the following conditions:
✅ Damaged or Spoiled Products: If mangoes are delivered in a completely spoiled condition, photographic evidence must be shared within 6 hours of delivery.
✅ Incorrect Order: If you receive an incorrect quantity or variety, notify us within 6 hours of delivery with supporting images.
• No refunds or replacements will be provided for minor natural variations in taste, color, ripeness, or size.
• Refunds, if approved, will be processed within 7-10 business days via the original payment method.
